Scope
These Terms of Use apply to samplatform.io and to access to app.samplatform.io unless a separate written agreement applies.
CALCORP SLU operates SAM Platform. SAM Platform is a B2B sponsorship asset management product used by Properties and Sponsor users to manage sponsorship Contracts, Assets, Requests, Events, and related operational records.
Website use
You may use samplatform.io for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading information, or infringe third-party rights.
Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not create a contract, professional advice, or a guarantee that any feature, integration, or service will be available.
Application access
Access to app.samplatform.io is limited to authorized users. Property access is normally governed by a separate customer, pilot, order form, or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for the Property and its authorized users.
Sponsor users access the Sponsor portal because a Property or Sponsor organization has invited them. Sponsor users accept these Terms directly with CALCORP SLU for platform access. Their underlying sponsorship relationship remains with the relevant Property or Sponsor organization.
No pricing terms
These Terms do not set pricing, subscription fees, payment obligations, service levels, or commercial commitments for paid SAM Platform services. Those matters are handled in separate written agreements with Properties or other customers.
We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees for any part of SAM Platform at any time. Where new fees or increased fees would apply to existing customers, we will provide reasonable prior notice.
Sponsor portal fees
We reserve the right to introduce fees for Sponsor portal access at any time. Where we do so, we will provide reasonable prior notice to affected Sponsor users before any fees apply.
Sponsor user obligations
Sponsor users must:
- Keep login credentials secure and not share accounts
- Access only the organizations, Contracts, Assets, Requests, Events, and records they are authorized to access
- Avoid actions that could damage, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise SAM Platform
- Comply with applicable law and with reasonable security or operational instructions
Operational records
Requests, approvals, rejections, notes, uploads, and history entries in SAM Platform are operational records used to coordinate sponsorship fulfilment. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, using SAM Platform does not by itself amend the underlying sponsorship contract between a Property and a Sponsor.
Content and uploads
You remain responsible for content you submit or upload. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, confidential third-party, or inappropriate material. We may remove or restrict content or accounts where needed for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or service operation.
Intellectual property
The SAM Platform name, logo, website content, product design, software, and related materials belong to CALCORP SLU or its licensors. You receive only the limited right to use the website and application as permitted by these Terms and any applicable written agreement.
Suspension and removal
We or the relevant Property may suspend, restrict, or remove access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, contract end, incorrect invitation, or protection of SAM Platform or other users.
We may also modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue SAM Platform or any part of it at any time, including for business or operational reasons. Where practicable, we will give reasonable advance notice before a permanent discontinuation that affects active users. We may carry out planned maintenance that results in temporary unavailability without this constituting a breach of these Terms or any service commitment.
Third-party services
SAM Platform relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, database, email, analytics, DNS, and operational support. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website and application are provided without warranties except where a separate written agreement says otherwise. CALCORP SLU is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website or application, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Principality of Andorra unless mandatory law requires another forum.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Sponsor users may be asked to accept updated versions before continuing to use the Sponsor portal.
